Noone suggests its going to be easy, but a problem identified ( the speech did it well - the selfcentredness of a modern age ) is "a problem half solved" .
The Australian media appear to be far too cynical a lot to enjoy the substance here , let alone share our enjoyment of this moment. (the sight out of the cave and away from the shadows )
( Maybe they need a good laugh and another way of looking at things )
We continue to pray for them - hoping they will find a church which is less blinded and blinkered by the real dangers of raw emotion !.

This award system might just need a cavait about leaders who really listen and therefore leave a lasting legacy.
Those of us who have weilded power know that you often have only a short time to wield the sword well ,so you should know what you are up against when your time comes
.
Empire awards are best for those who show by their COMPETENCY ( not their words) that they can cut long term in the real worlds in which they operate.
In a sad way these awards and the very few named , show how few true statesman we have heard from in the last decades .
You could tell us more that, like the many quiet achievers, go unnoticed in history . Celebrate by naming them here .
